RETURNS: All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Please call our Customer Service Department and request a return authorization number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN. Items to be returned must be shipped prepaid in new, unused condition, and able to be resold.. Elmer's Pipe, Inc. will credit returns to your account. A 15% restocking charge may be applied on all returns and no items may be returned after 30 days of receipt of shipment. Defective items will be replaced and shipping errors corrected at Elmer's Pipe, Inc.'s expense. All returns should be carefully packed to prevent damage. Items damaged in return shipment, because of careless packing, will not receive credit.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Elmer's Pipe, Inc. is pleased to fill custom and special orders, however there are restrictions that apply to these orders. All custom and special orders should be written and/or faxed to prevent errors. Elmer's Pipe, Inc. will not be responsible for errors in verbal customer orders. Please write or fax these orders to ensure the correct execution of your order. Custom orders are not returnable. A custom order cannot be cancelled once we have begun to fabricate it. Custom orders include custom flex lengths and any fitting we are capable of producing that we do not list in our catalog.
DROP SHIPMENTS: Elmer's Pipe, Inc. will send drop ship orders directly to sweeps and installers for any item we manufacture and your distributor does not carry or have in stock. Please call your distributor and order items you need and they will have them drop shipped to you. Please place your orders with your
TERMS OF SALE: Elmer's Pipe, Inc.'s normal terms are C.O.D. All new accounts are served on a C.O.D. or Cash In Advance basis. Customers wishing 2% 10 day, net 30 day terms should call our Accounting Department and request a credit application. Other terms can be arranged with our Accounting Department. Accounts past due (over 30 days) will be charged a service charge of 1½% per month or 18% per annum. Collection charges will be added to this service charge.
